Inseam and rise are garment measurements, taken on the flat garment. Use them alongside the body chart above to judge where a pant will sit on your frame.

Sleep shorts run to an inseam of about 2 in across the range, with the rise stepping from 11 in to 15.5 in as the size grows.

Bralettes

Bralettes are sized by bra size rather than by bust and waist. Two fit blocks are used across the range.

The sleep bralette is designed for A to C cups. If you are fuller through the chest, the Well-Rounded block gives more coverage and support.

Men’s Sleepwear & Loungewear

One chart covers men’s washable silk sets, knit shorts, tees and pants. Tops in this range are cut with a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit and bottoms carry a wide waistband.

Men’s knit shorts carry a 7.5 in inseam. Measurements are in inches and refer to body size unless otherwise noted.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape over bare skin or thin undergarments. Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably loose — never pull it tight.

Bust Waist Hip Length

  1. Bust or chest

    Wrap the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level all the way around.

  2. Natural waist

    Bend side to side to find the crease at your natural waist, then measure around that point with the tape comfortably loose.

  3. Hip

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

  4. Match the numbers

    If your bust and waist point to two different sizes, order the size indicated by your bust measurement.

Getting the Fit Right

Between two sizes

Order the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a looser one. On rigid woven silk, sizing up is the safer call.

Oversized by design

Many tees, henleys and robes are cut with a dropped shoulder and generous ease. Take your usual size, or size down one step for less volume.

Fabric changes the fit

Washable silk and cotton silk are woven, so they relax very little. Pima cotton and modal knits carry functional stretch and give a little with wear.

Check the length

Robe length runs 57 to 61 in, sleep dresses 39 to 40.5 in, and pant inseam 29 to 31 in. Compare those numbers with your height before you choose.

Dual sizes are normal

A style labelled XS/S fits the 0–4 range, M covers 6–8, and L/XL covers 10–14. Two inch steps in the chest separate each block.

Sleep masks, scrunchies, travel pouches and gift packaging come in one size, so no measuring is needed for those pieces.
